Previous Speaking Events

An Event: HeartLines – Connect. Reflect. Restore.

Hosted by ICF South Florida Chapter

The first weekend of November brought in a beautiful experience where I had the privilege of facilitating something rare — a storytelling circle that reminded me that coaching isn’t just about asking questions; it’s about listening deeply.
Each story shared — of courage, loss, love, and renewal — carried a heartbeat of its own.
We didn’t fix. We didn’t advise. We simply witnessed.
And in that stillness, something beautiful happened — stories became mirrors, reflections became awareness, and connection became strength.

That’s the quiet power of storytelling — it reminds us that resilience isn’t built in isolation, but in shared humanity.
I still wonder if we were telling stories… or if the stories were telling us.

Self-Love Circle discussion at the Yoga Retreat

At a recent yoga retreat in October 2025, I led a self-love conversation with a group of incredible women who showed up with honesty and vulnerability. What began as a casual discussion became a powerful evening, as everyone shared stories of resilience, identity, and the quiet courage it takes to care for ourselves while caring for everyone else.

I guided the group through a series of reflective prompts that opened the space more deeply. Each woman’s voice added something meaningful, wisdom, truth, and tenderness. By the end, the room felt lighter, connected, and grounded in a shared sense of strength.

It was one of those moments that remind you why community matters — when people feel safe enough to speak from the heart, real transformation begins.
