Answers to common questions about life coaching for women navigating burnout, midlife transitions, caregiving, and identity shifts.

Learn how Coach Me Life works and whether it's right for you.

  • Coach Me Life offers personalized one-to-one coaching for women navigating burnout, high-responsibility roles, caregiving pressure, and major life transitions.

Burnout is often not just about how much you’re doing, but how you’re holding everything. Coaching focuses on understanding these patterns, rebuilding clarity, and creating a more sustainable way of leading your life.

Each session provides a focused space to think, reflect, and make decisions with greater steadiness, supported by practical tools that strengthen boundaries and restore energy.

  • When searching for a life coach for burnout recovery, look for someone experienced in working with women in high-responsibility seasons who understands energy management, boundary-setting, and identity recalibration. Coach Me Life specializes in helping women recover from burnout by developing self-leadership, resilience, and practical strategies for long-term stability.

  • Midlife often brings a shift in priorities, energy, and identity. What once worked no longer feels sustainable, even if everything looks fine on the outside.

Coaching provides a space to understand these changes without rushing into decisions. It helps you reconnect with what matters, make clearer choices, and move forward with a steadiness that supports this phase of life.

  • Yes. In addition to private coaching, Coach Me Life offers group experiences designed for women navigating life transitions. These structured spaces provide guided reflection, shared insight, and professional facilitation to support clarity and growth within a community setting.

  • You can book a free clarity call directly through the Coach Me Life website by visiting the “Work With Me” page and selecting the clarity call option. This introductory session allows you to discuss your goals and determine whether coaching is the right next step.

  • Coach Me Life integrates pattern recognition, systems awareness, and leadership development for women in high-responsibility roles. Rather than focusing only on mindset shifts or surface goals, the work examines internal tensions and external pressures shaping your decisions. This approach supports sustainable clarity, resilience, and long-term self-leadership.

  • Yes. Many women I work with are balancing multiple responsibilities, often holding both professional and caregiving roles.

Coaching focuses on creating space, strengthening boundaries, and helping you make decisions that are sustainable over time, rather than constantly reacting to what needs your attention.

  • Café of Joy is the heart of the Coach Me Life philosophy. It is a space — both literal and metaphorical — where you are not defined by your roles, your responsibilities, or your history. The work here is about reconnecting with who you are beyond what you carry. Coaching, community, and resources are all designed around this one idea: that clarity, joy, and self-leadership are not luxuries. They are what make everything else sustainable.

  • Sessions are one-to-one, held online, and typically 60 minutes. There is no fixed script. You bring what is most alive for you — a decision, a pattern, a feeling you can't name yet — and we work with it. Some sessions are reflective and slow. Others are practical and focused. What stays consistent is the quality of attention and the tools we use to help you think more clearly about your own experience.

  • The core program at Coach Me Life runs over 90 days. This is intentional — real shifts in pattern and self-leadership take time to settle. You are not here for a quick fix. You are here to build something that holds. Beyond the 90 days, continued support is available through the Café of Joy Inner Circle.

  • Coaching is not therapy and does not replace it. Therapy often explores the roots of past experiences. Coaching works with where you are now and where you want to go. If something from the past is shaping your present, we may look at it — but always in service of your forward movement. If deeper therapeutic support is needed, I will say so honestly.

  • Client experiences and reflections are shared on the Work With Me page. You can also reach out directly — I am happy to connect you with a past client for a conversation if that would help you decide.

  • That uncertainty is worth honoring, not rushing past. The clarity call exists exactly for this — not to sell you on coaching, but to give you a real sense of whether this work fits where you are. No pressure, no pitch. Just a conversation. Book one here.
